My clients are from Australia and Asia. Distance is not a barrier; we are a phone call away, with email communication, Skype option or if required, I can meet in person.

I usually scope and agree to a ‘project cost’. I have set hourly rates for online writing and a ‘no surprises’  policy for my projects.

  1. Will your methods interfere with what I’m currently doing?

No. I am here to support, compliment or improve what you are currently doing; offering my honest opinion of how to improve and move forward.

  1. How long will my copywriting project take?

This varies depending on the project, its complexity and my availability at the time. Please contact me to discuss in detail and agree on estimated start and completion dates.

  1. Am I allowed to make revisions?

Absolutely. You will have two rounds of revisions once draft is submitted; you are welcome to comment and amend. After that, I’ll continue to work at my standard hourly rate.

  1. What does your price include?

Apart from the copy, my price includes any research conducted, catch up calls, unlimited email communication, and two rounds of revisions.

I will list this cost break down in your quote so everything is clear before we begin.

  1. Do you require a deposit first?

I require a 50% deposit before work will begin. The second half of payment is due within 7 days of final revisions.
