Fish on Fire Thia dish

‘Fish on Fire’ came out with a trail of smoke, filling your senses with exotic aromas …

Be ready to indulge.

Cooked with commitment and passion; Chef has done it again!

Sight of sails swaying with gentle bay breezes; mingles with the aroma of fish fillets, lighted battered, stir-fried with vegetables, basil and spicy sauce, a traditional Thai recipe.

Thai Inlay of Raby Bay Harbourside sits alongside a strip of renowned eateries on the harbour foreshore.

Start with Coconut Prawns – King Prawns dipped in light batter, coated with coconut flakes, lightly fried, serve with sweet chilli sauce; or select mixed entrée with a sample of best entrée on the menu!

A sensory treat for the palate.

Or, try any of the traditional Thai classics – Tom Yum Soup, homemade Thai Spring Rolls or Curry Puffs, Fishcakes, Satays or Dim Sims. There is a selection of vegetarian entrees, mains and gluten free option as well.

Other favourite mains are ‘Larb Kai’ or Chicken Salad; roughly chopped chicken cooked with lemon juice and fish sauce, mixed with thinly sliced Spanish onions, cucumbers and mixed greens.

The balance of tangy lemon juice and salty fish sauce defines the true flavour of quality Thai cuisine!

A good ‘Pad Thai’ is an adventure for your taste buds – noodles soft yet firm, not soggy or mushy, balance of spices, lemon juice, fish sauce, chillies stirred through noodles with your choice of meat accompanied by a selection of vegetables, topped with crushed peanuts. It is a meal in itself!

Try the Jungle Curry, no coconut milk, tangy spicy light sauce with your choice of meat and vegetables, a must for the spicy palate – a different taste profile to the usual Green, Red or Massaman curries.

Chef will make it as mild or as spicy as you desire, just let dining supervisor, Adele know when she takes your order.

Those who enjoy Thai cuisine understand the delicate balance between flavours – even though we have different preferences to the same dishes; too hot or too spicy; too sweet or too salty.

We identify and appreciate food cooked with passion and commitment because fresh flavours are captured, served and savoured with ‘Oohs and Aahs.’

Joe, the owner, Adele, dining supervisor and Chef work tirelessly to give customers seamless dining pleasure; just being there when you need assistance.

Joe and Kai started Thai Inlay 9 years ago in Raby Bay Harbourside; but Joe has been in the restaurant industry for over 16 years, after obtaining his Hospitality Management Diploma from South Bank TAFE, Brisbane, Queensland.

Chef, kitchen staff and Adele, full-time dining supervisor joined Joe, forming the team at Thai Inlay.
